Eric Gross is an experienced investor and operator with a background spanning public and private markets, real estate investment, strategic advisory, and operating platforms. His career includes senior roles within hedge funds, high-growth companies, global advisory firms, and real estate enterprises, where he worked across strategy, investment, and execution during periods of transformation and scale. He has deep experience in the retail, consumer, hospitality and real estate sectors.

Eric brings a perspective shaped by both institutional capital and hands-on operating experience, allowing him to partner effectively with founders, management teams, and capital providers. His work focuses on aligning strategy, capital, and operations to drive long-term value creation.

He earned a Bachelor of Science from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
